This user-friendly application allows the Gemeente Utrecht (municipality of the city of Utrecht) to track employee happiness. On a regular basis employees are invited to give their opinion on questions as “How happy are you at work?” and “Do you feel valued at work?”. Each question can be answered by tapping on one of the five emoticons, each of which has its own sentiment.
We designed and created an application where this process is made easy and the results are clearly visualised in graphs.
The application is web-based and written in Ruby on Rails.
